Shipping within Canada

All orders are subject to an 24 business hours processing period. We prepare all orders in the order we receive them, priority or first class mail orders do not get special privileges as far as processing periods. We cannot edit or change orders once they have been submitted. This is to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible and no confusion occurs.

Once an order has been placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items your ordered and the shipping option you have chosen.

Returns & Refund Policy

E-Liquids

All e-liquid purchases are FINAL. We cannot accept exchnages on the e-liquids due to the nature of the product. If for some reason you were not satisfied with the e-liquid you received, email us and we will try and find a suitable flavour for you to enjoy.

Hardware

If for some reason the product you purchased is dead on arrival, a return request must be made within 7 days from the date you received your order. Contact us at flamingovape@gmail.com, and we will work out a exchange for the product if applicable. Flamingo Vapeshop is not responsible for items lost in the mail. We do provide you with a tracking number and are responsible for mailing out the package, anything beyond that is out of our hands. If item is to be returned, please be caring the same way we were when we sent out your products. Please wrap the item in bubble wrap or something similar to ensure protection on the item.

We do not offer refunds, only product replacement for products which arrive damaged or with manufacturer defects. Any further warranty issues must be taken up with the original manufacturer.
